Flying over the lands came the mare. Her strong frame of a Saddlebred, mixed with the beautiful grace of an Arabian was carried over the grounds with strong pillars. Muscles rippled beneath her coat as her hooves cut deep into the earth, propelling her forward on faster. Silver banner danced around her features as the wind sent it flying in all directions. Flag followed suit, billowing in the breezes behind. Nostrils were flared as a snort escaped the mare, upon breezing through a bush that snagged on her coat, tearing it a bit, leaving a red scratch down her shoulder.
Sliding to a stop on a high point of ground the female reared up, her strong pillars cutting through the air, and a shrill cry escaped her jugular, calling for an alpha, if any that had before claimed the lands. A light scent had came clear to her senses, of the lands once being claimed, but then it slowly faded, and became a lot less apparent. Wondering if there was a lead, she continued on further into the lands. Deep brown pools scouted the area, searching for any other signs of life besides herself. She found that of small creatures, not of other horses. Birds, deer, rabbits, fish and many others roamed freely, but horses did not. Another snort escaped her, wondering why no one was here. Did that mean she could call this her home?
Rearing up again, the mare called out, harmonics being strong and firm, yet held a glorious sense of kindness to them, showing that she was a light at heart and would always be. "I am claiming these lands as my own." she screamed out over the lands, and then taking another breath, she finished her claim, asking for others. "If anyone shall oppose this movement, speak forth now or loose this land." she spoke boldly, knowing that if another had owned it, she'd been up for a fight. Holding no fear, the mare charged on, searching for others. Loud screams escaping her.
